Aditi Mehta

Client Servicing

Aditi is like the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella. She has magic fingers which turn ordinary fabrics into masterpieces. From Fabric selections to fabric curation, she creates magic drapes which can turn any venue into a castle of dreams. Her taste in fabric selection and styling is impeccable. She is also in charge of developing an event management plan which is required for the coordination and training of persons that are needed in the planning and execution of any event.

Chanda Mehta

Chief Timeline Officer

Chanda has been part of the organization since 2009. Responsible Administrator for our company’s day-to-day operations. Provides support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. She is highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Main tasks include Vendor Management, Finance, Accounts, managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, arranging travel and distributing mail. As a successful Administrator, she ensures our office procedures run smoothly.

Preeti Madaan

Chief On-Demand Officer

Preeti has been part of the organization since 2015. She is the constructor of dreams. As a wedding planner, she assists brides and grooms in all aspects of wedding preparation and working with clients about their vision for their wedding and optimum use of resources to make that vision a reality. She has in-depth industry knowledge about wedding trends, which help clients decide on attire, themes, decor and activities for the successful execution of beautiful weddings.

Asmita Jain

There is nothing that makes Asmita happier than to see others happy! In and out of her professional life, she is engaged in planning unforgettable events for the people around her. She excels in customizing a wide range of events for each client and handles high-pressure event scenarios gracefully. Yogesh Vijay

Creation Officer

Yogesh has been part of the organization since 2017. He is a successful and enthusiastic Event Planner and produce events from conception through to completion. As an event director, he does a lot of man-management in the process of carrying out his duties, and that undertakes this role with full ability to deal with people effectively, especially in seemingly difficult circumstances. His responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations which he conducts effortlessly by monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment assemble and prepare goods for shipment.

Mridul Rawat

Assistant Production Manager

Mridul has been part of the organization since March 2021. As an assistant manager he is responsible for organizing, mobilizing and/or coordinating the staff, event participants, officials, securing the venue and administrators for the successful execution of an event. As an assistant manager he takes charge of all ramifications of event production. His is a demanding job and involves a wide range of tasks and duties needed for effective execution of events and his hard work ensures the perfect end result.
